This clinic not owned or operated by Providence College. The clinic assumes no responsibility for accidents or illness. Any participant who does not abide by the rules of the clinic or College is subject to dismissal without reimbursement. If a participant is dismissed or voluntarily withdraws from the clinic, there will be no refund. No participants will be permitted to leave the clinic for any reason other than medical/family emergency and must be accompanied by an adult.
